Your information is used to schedule services, dispatch crews, deliver estimates and invoices through our secure service platform, and provide customer support. By submitting your phone number or calling/texting our dedicated Command Center line (224-271-0425), you consent to receive text messages (SMS) and phone calls regarding your inquiries, appointments, quotes, and job updates.
3. No Third-Party Sharing for Marketing (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.
SMS Consent Exclusivity: Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Data Security & Third-Party Processors
We use Jobber for service dispatch, customer relationship management, customer communications, and digital payment processing. Payment transactions are handled through Jobber’s secure online payment tools; we never store raw credit or debit card numbers.
